Graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and Diploma in Labor Relations from the University of Las Palmas de G.C. He studied the Master of Urban Law from the University of Las Palmas de G.C. as well as the management development program (Advance Management Program) of the Business Institute, and is in possession of the Certificate of Professional Aptitude (CAP).
Practising private lawyer, Emilio is specialised in Labour and Social Security Law and is a member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Las Palmas since October 1999.
He also works as Social Graduate, member of the Illustrious College of Social Graduates of Las Palmas and Fuerteventura since 2011.
He has participated in various conferences and forums related to Labour Law and Social Security.
